This was fabulous...I could have written many of the same things about me! I don't understand why people feel so free to ask personal questions about single people. I have stopped this, successfully in a few cases, by asking married people a question, depending on their questions and how intrusive, inappropriate or rude their question is: 1) why are they married if they only complain about their spouse, 2) when is the last time they had sex, and 3) who do they believe will take care of THEM when they get old.
The idea that my life is not complete without a husband is ridiculous. I don't have time for outdated, sexist BS.
